A Sweet Journey by Libby Kayiatou

A sweet journey

North of here, stood a sweet shop, but not any old sweet shop, a sweet shop where magic happens. When the day becomes night, it all starts to appear, now this is where you come in, this is where you need to believe. The almighty bon-bons, the warriors, jumped out of their jar, ready for war.

Along came King Andy the great one (also known as the giant haribo snake) following on, we have queen Linda Lindor, wearing her stunning, red velvet, icing topped dress, and her sweet little minions. They all were so determined to find their new home, some were scared, some were excited and glad that their queen gave them this beautiful privilege to go out into the open and see the world for themselves. But this would mean danger and a lot of danger, because they had to get through the gummy castle where the strongest of the strongest sweets were held safe. However, all these magical sweets were going down; unfortunately for them they have no leader so it was up to them to work together, to form a team, and to be great again!

Before long, they set off into the open, worried and terrified of the journey they’d got themselves into, but it was too late now, there was no turning back, but maybe that was a good thing. What would you do? Sadly for them, when night becomes day they lose their magic.

Completely exhausted, they carried on with their journey along the dark parts of the world, until suddenly they saw something in the distance, but what was it? “Hey look over there” shouted Queen Linda Lindor. They scurried along, running-running-running-running along the path. Looking up they saw something, something big. “Ahhhhhhhhh”screamed Bob. It was the castle. Over ahead, you could just see a glimpse of something new there stood their new home, but they had to get past these fierce sweets. THIS MEANT WAR!  Now this is where the almighty bon-bons have to save the day and be the warriors they were made to be. Beany Bon pulled out his shiny silver sword and the sounds of the two swords clashing together was just vile for the crowd of sweets to watch, all was going well until…

Everyone was shouting, people were terrified, it was Beany Bon, he… he was dd dead, he had just vanished into thin air, as the crowd walked away, far far away. This was it, they were home! The sweets dropped to the ground with a tumble, tired, stressed and sad but they were home. They had a funeral for Beany Bon and then they all drifted away and fell into a deep deep sleep.

THE END!
