We will be selling poppies in school from next week onwards. If your child wishes to buy a poppy, please send them in with a donation for the Royal British Legion.

We have noticed an increasing number of cars parking in the bus layby outside school at drop off and pick up. On a number of recent occasions, the bus drivers have had to ask people to move their cars. Please do not park in any part of the layby outside school between 8.25 – 9.00am and 3.00pm – 3.30pm. During these times this area is for buses only. Please park either in the village hall car park or further down the road away from school. The pavements opposite school should not be used for parking or waiting – parking here makes road crossing hazardous and blocks the pavements for local residents.

Please share this information with wider family who may be dropping off or collecting your child.

A friendly reminder that the online ordering deadline for the school photographs is this Sunday.

If you would like to order photographs of your child, please make sure your order is placed before the deadline.

Orders placed before the Sunday deadline will be processed and returned to the school for distribution as usual.

After the deadline, online ordering will remain available for anyone who wishes to place an order. These orders will be processed separately, with postage charged, and the photographs will be delivered directly to your home.

Just a reminder that water bottles only have water and not squash. This is important particularly in school as spillages of squash are quite sticky.

If you’re child needs a snack at breaktime we ask that it is only fruit please. All children in KS1 have a fruit snack provided.
