Good evening,
We have had another busy week in school with lots of memorable learning experiences.
Little Owls and Eagles had a brilliant trip to New Brighton. They visited the Lifeboat station and learnt about how they launch the boat in emergencies. When there, they thought about how to stay safe at the beach and played in the sand together. It was a fantastic day.
Eagle class were also lucky enough to visit Millichope Park for a countryside day. They learnt about how the farm worked and were able to ask questions about the use of the land.
Merlin class had a lovely afternoon up in Beedles Wood for their forest school. They began thinking about using tools safely and using these to build their shelters. They also looked carefully at the vegetation and were able to compare the wood to the rainforest, which is their geography topic this term.
What a busy week that was!
Have a lovely and safe weekend.
