Good evening,
First of all, I’d like to say how proud I am of all the year sixes for their hard work, concentration and effort this week. It was great to see how you all applied yourselves with a mature attitude to each paper that you tackled through the week. You’ve all worked incredibly hard – well done.
Kestrels have had a busy week! They seemed to all enjoy themselves at Millichope – I heard wonderful stories about mud slides, orienteering, habitat hunting and streams. What a lucky class they are!
Eagles have also been busy and have had a great day at Cadbury’s World. Linked to their topic of the ‘Ancient Mayans’, they have had a great day finding out about how cocoa was used in trade and the journey of chocolate to the UK. What a great way to finish a busy year six week!
On Sunday, we have our fabulous duck race. I do hope that you are able to join us.
Have a lovely weekend.
