June End of Day Arrangements

Dear Parents,

June End Of Day Arrangements

We are continuing to ask parents to complete the End of Day Form each month rather than ask the children each day. A link will be sent out on the newsletter tonight, please can you complete the form by Sunday 4th June 2023. We will accommodate any changes but the office must be made aware of these by 3pm each day. A form must be completed for every child even if the arrangements are the same for every day.

You will be charged after your child has attended each club via ParentPay, you do not need to pay in advance.

Night Owls runs Monday to Thursday – children can stay until 4:30pm and will be charged £5 or stay until 5:30pm and be charged £10 which includes a light snack. Children who attend Night Owls after a club will only be charged for Night Owls. Children can ask to read to Night Owls staff throughout the week to gain stamps for Star Books, and Chromebooks will be available for children to access TT Rockstars and Numbots.
