As we reach the end of another school year, the School Circle team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to every parent, carer, teacher, and staff member who supported us throughout the year.
It hasn’t been without its challenges – we’ve felt the impact of fewer volunteers, which has made it harder at times to get things off the ground. However, true to our school community’s spirit, we pulled together time and again to make it all happen.
This year, we introduced new fundraising ideas such as Lambing Bingo, supported the Christmas Tractor Run and continued to run our regular events, which remain firm favourites with the children. The smiles, laughter, and memories made remind us why we do what we do.
Our most recent (and biggest!) Lawley Leap event really highlighted the importance of team effort. Every little bit of help — whether it was baking a cake, setting up a stall, or just lending a hand on the day — made a difference. It was a powerful reminder that many hands make light work, and we are truly grateful to everyone who pitched in, however big or small.
I would like to give a special mention and thank you to Tina, who has been tireless in her efforts to conjure up support, organise events and keep the School Circle team organised and running.
Looking ahead, we hope to grow our team with new families joining us in September and continue creating fun, memorable experiences for the children while raising valuable funds for our school.
Thank you again for being part of this journey — we couldn’t do it without you.
Wishing you all a restful and joyful summer break!
