Friday 10th January

Good evening,

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas break. We are all excited for the opportunities that the new year brings.

With the busy new term ahead, please take time to look at key dates for assemblies and meetings. We have much to look forward to including young voices, internet safety week, world book day, science week and our residential year 5/6 trip to Arthog! It’s definitely going to be a busy term.

Please check that you have an up-to-date Seesaw / Tapestry login to see key messages and updates from the school. Please let the office know if you need a new QR code.

Have a lovely weekend.

Mrs L. Edgerton

Arthog Parents Meeting

Mrs Lewis will be holding an Arthog parent information meeting on Wednesday 15th January at 3.30pm in Eagles classroom.

Thank you.

End of Day January – urgent

Please complete your child’s end of day form by 6th January 2025 at the latest.

It is essential that we have these forms ready for the start of the new term so we know how many children to expect in after school activities and clubs and can organise staff numbers accordingly.

Changes to your child’s end of day arrangements can always be made on the day.

Thank you for your support.

Online safety

The NSPCC site has some interesting ideas in how to approach talking about online safety with children including Lego talk. I recommend having a look at their website: https://www.nspcc.org.uk/keeping-children-safe/online-safety/talking-child-online-safety/
