Friday 10th October
Good evening,
We’ve had a lovely week in school thinking about how we can look after our belongings. The school council asked school for their input as to how we have look after our equipment better and easier whilst outside at break. They listened to all responses and devised an organised colour system in response. It has been a great start and everyone is helping to tidy away their class resources.
We would like to celebrate these achievers this week:
- Ralph for a great attitude to learning.
- Kit for being a great listener.
- James for excellent maths work.
- Evangeline for really applying herself in maths.
- Hettie for great progress in maths.
- Rohan for great engagement and positivity towards work.
- Darcy for excellent focus in all lessons.
- Neve for fantastic enthusiasm in all lessons.
- Elliott for an improved attitude to learning.
- Jack and Fin for explaining clearly to Little Owls about the new playground equipment.
Our handwriting heroes are Billy, Skye, Barnaby and Pippa.
We all hope that you have a lovely weekend.
Mrs L. Edgerton

Spy Dog Series book alert
Dear Parents/Carers,
We have been made aware that several titles in the Spy Dogs, Spy Pup, and Spy Cat series by Andrew Cope contain a weblink at the back of the book that no longer directs people to information about the books. Instead, the link has been compromised and now leads to inappropriate and unsafe material, containing pornographic content with no age restrictions.
We have removed copies of the book from our school library and classrooms.
Below are images of some of the front covers in the series to help you identify the books should you have any at home. We advise you remove them immediately. Should any be the property of the school, please return them and we will dispose of them accordingly.
Thank you.
