Friday 15th November
Good evening,
Thank you to everyone for supporting Children in Need today. We collected over £100 in total. In collective worship, we thought about the Christian value of charity and listened to how the Good Samaritan showed us how we can demonstrate charity through our actions. Together, we thought about how we can show charity to each other – through friendship and giving time to support each other.
We are all incredibly grateful for the time that our School Circle give to raise money for our school. Thank you to those who came along to the meeting on Wednesday. There are lots of exciting plans for our movie night and Frost Fayre. If you know of anyone who would like to have a stall on the 15th December at the Frost Fayre, please pass on the email address for the school office – admin@longnorschool.co.uk. We are keen to set up a Christmas market outside this year and it would be brilliant to have lots of local business stalls to create the atmosphere.
Little Owls had a brilliant afternoon welcoming their families to the family forest school session. We really enjoy sharing our activities with you at home, so thank you to all that managed to join us.
We all really appreciate the time and support you give to our school, so many thanks.
Have a lovely weekend.

Little Owls
