Friday 18th November
We’ve heard that Mrs Jones has finished her challenge and is now recovering. Well done Mrs Jones. We hope that you have your feet up and don’t feel too tired. We can’t wait to hear all about it!
In school, we have been clocking up the miles in support. We have all been doing laps of the school grounds and this has resulted in healthy competition between the classes! Well done to every class for working hard. Should you be able to donate anything for Coppafeel, here is the link:

Highwayman visit for Eagle Class
Today, linked to their work in English, Eagle Class had a visit from three highwaymen on horseback! What a fabulous way to support their development of vocabulary in preparation for their newspaper writing next week.

Sports ambassadors
Well done to Izzy, Sophia, Henry and Harry for organising and running a boccia festival for Kestrel class today. It was great to try a new sport.

Please can you help…..?
With just 2 weeks to go until our Frost Fayre (Fri 2nd Dec, 6pm – 8pm), we really need your help and support! Can you help with any of the following asks?
- Do you have a Santa suit we could borrow? We have a willing Santa minus the jolly suit!!
- Can you donate a bottle for our Barrow of Bottles raffle?
- Can you donate a teddy for the Teddy Tombola?
- Can you donate a ‘jolly jam jar’ for us to sell at the fayre? See separate post for details.
- Can you donate an hour of your time on the day? We need plenty of help to set up, clear down, run stalls, and offer refreshments.
If you can help, please let the school office or a member of School Circle know. Many thanks!

Jars can be filled with anything you like – sweets, bouncy balls, hair clips, stickers (no nuts please) – get creative and decorate them too, see the image below for some ideas!
Please bring your completed jam jars into school by Monday 28th November – many thanks!
