Friday 22nd November

Good evening,

What a lovely, snowy week we’ve had in school! It was magical watching the whole school build snow people, igloos and even slides as teams including all ages. We have taken some photos to share with you – please see below.

This week we hosted Mrs Unitt who led our SIAMs inspection. I am very proud to be headteacher here and show case what a fantastic community we are part of. Thank you to all children, staff, governors and parents who were involved in the day. Our school value of trust was clearly visible in all lessons and break times. Mrs Unitt shared her thanks for the wonderful welcome that the whole community shared.

Thank you to all that managed to join us for Kestrels’ assembly today. We are very proud of the work that we have completed and loved sharing it with you. Merlin class are sharing their work next Friday afternoon at 2:30pm – we hope that you can join us.

Frost Fayre – Sun 15th Dec

Preparations are well underway for our forthcoming Frost Fayre. Come and visit Santa in his grotto; enjoy games; refreshments; and do some Christmas shopping at a variety of stalls.

We’d love you to invite friends and family along too – the more the merrier!

Please remember to bring plenty of change along with you!

PE Kit

Please can you make sure that all children have a warm PE kit with them for outdoor PE during the colder months. Thank you.

PAT Testing Help!

Can you or anyone you know PAT test some electrical equipment for school circle? If so, please get in touch via the school circle Whats App group or at school pick up.

Bags2School Collection – Next Week

This weekend is your last chance to have a pre-Christmas clear out before our Bags2School collection next week.

A list of items that can be donated can be found on this link.

Members of School Circle will be in the village hall car park at school drop off and pick up times on Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th November. If you can’t get to us on those days but have items to donate, please let the school office know and we may be able to collect.
