For your secondary school transfer, please could you make sure that you can access your account on the Parent Portal. If for whatever reason you cannot access this or are locked out, please email school-admissions@shropshire.gov.uk or phone (01743) 255216 as soon as possible. A colleague in the Admissions Team will look into this and re-set/unlock accounts accordingly.
