As national Secondary School offer day is nearly upon us (3 March), the council would like you to check you can access your account on the Parent Portal. If, for whatever reason, you cannot access your account or are locked out, please email school-admissions@shropshire.gov.uk or phone 0345 678 9008 as soon as possible. A colleague in the Admissions Team will look into this and re-set/unlock your account accordingly. Phoning the team on offer day will involve a very long wait so it is best to check you have access in advance.
